Our products and services are available across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.
How much does it cost to hire
We understand that no two events are exactly the same so we work with each client to put together a hire package that`s perfectly matched to suit their budget and needs.
Event Staff
We can supply professional event staff who will manage and operate our equipment for the entire duration of your event. Or if you already have your own team then we can train them on how to manage and operate our equipment.
Technical Support
We provide two types of technical support, Onsite, and via our Technical Support Helpline - 0468 752 485.
Onsite – We supply you with trained support staff who be at your event and ready to assist with any technical issues. Our team are professional and understand the urgency of resolving an issue and getting everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
Technical Support Helpline - Our technical support helpline is located in Australia and is available at any time during your hire period. Our helpline staff have a complete understanding of the equipment and can help you resolve any issues if they arise.
How does our hire system work?
VR Headsets
Tell us what type and how many VR headsets you require, what games or experiences you would like installed, your event location and date, and the duration of hire. We will configure the headsets and organise return shipping to any location in Australia. You will receive the headsets approximately 2 days before your event, giving you enough time to try out the headsets and call ExtremeVR if you have any questions or technical issues.
We then organise a courier to return to pick up the VR headsets the following business day after your event has finished. If your event ends on a Friday night, or over the weekend, we will organise the courier to return the following Monday.
Sports Simulators and Interactive Games
Simply select from our range of games, provide us with your branding or logo, tell us your event location, date and times, and we will take care of the rest. Including bump-in, and bump-out, the supply of event staff if required, and full backup technical support.
360° VR Theatre
Renting our 360 VR Theatre is straightforward, just let us know how many people will be attending, the event location, dates and times. We will ask if you have your own virtual reality video that you would like to use, or if you would like ExtremeVR to source and provide the video content for you. Once we have the formalities out of the way, we will take care of everything else, including bump-in, and bump-out, event staff, and technical support.
Refund Policy
We understand that situations can change and have implemented a reasonable refund policy that is applicable across all hire packages regardless of size or value.
Our refund policy is
100% refund less $30 admin charge if you cancel 14 days before rental or shipping date
50% refund less $30 admin charge if you cancel 7 days before rental or shipping date
0% refund if you cancel 48 hours before rental or shipping date
Rental Bond
We charge a rental bond on all equipment, and your rental bond will vary depending on the equipment you hire, and your duration of hire.
When we receive our equipment back, we will immediately inspect the equipment, and if there is no damage or missing parts we will immediately refund your rental bond.
As an extra precaution, we take photos of all equipment before shipping, and we keep these images on file until the equipment has been returned to ExtremeVR and inspected.
Equipment Hygiene
We are serious about good hygiene and have implemented a COVID-19 cleaning policy that is applied to all equipment we hire. We thoroughly clean all equipment before it goes out, and then again immediately after it is returned.
We use alcohol wipes and sprays on our equipment, and our VR headset face shields and head straps are washed with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal detergents in high-temperature water.
We have also implemented all COVID-19 safety policies required by both state and federal governments and use these policies at every event where our equipment and staff are hired.
