We offer flexible VR headset rental packages, professional service, and in-depth knowledge and experience with all things Virtual Reality. 

All VR rental packages include access to an Australian based technical support helpline for the full duration of your hire.

We can also supply on-site technical support and brand ambassadors upon request. 

Our range of VR headsets include Meta Quest 2 | Meta Quest 3S | Meta Quest 3 and we have an extensive library of Virtual Reality Games and Experiences to choose from. 

How Our VR Hire System Works

Select the type and number of VR headsets you require, choose your VR games, tell us the date, time and location of your event and we install your selected games and organise shipping so that the headsets arrive 2-3 days before your event date. We`ll also scheduled the headsets to be collected the next business day after your event finishes. 

Availability

VR Rental packages are available in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin.

Space Requirements

A minimum of 2 - 2.5 square meters of unobstructed indoor space is required per headset. 

External Display

Our VR headsets can be connected to a display screen for others to view what the person wearing the headset is seeing and doing in VR. ExtremeVR can supply display screens so just let us know if you`d like to include a display screen with your hire.

VR headset recharge time is approximately 30 mins

Shipping is included in your hire rate with no additional charges to surprise you
